Huh, our insurer, Bruce, should already have dealt with the first (sending
our landlord's insurance a copy of our insurance certificate. I'll poke him
again.)

The second is the receipt confirming our business insurance for another
year. Kelly, when you get back, let me know, as I need to get NB to
reinburse me for this and our directors' liability insurance.
