[Noisebridge-board] Lease extension and new monthly rent

My impression was that the landlord needs a letter from us signifying our
intention to renew, and that has a deadline. That and the excess rent
payment do not, in my opinion, require consensus. Renewing our lease for
another few years does.

Tom, what's the letter status?
