I generally agree, minus the consensus dance party.

I'd argue that the consensus process would be required to move but not
to stay on the course previously agreed upon. I don't really see any
reason to require consensus on continue paying rent in the location
we've already agreed on years ago. We agreed to the scheduled rent
increase in the first place. It's in the contract we signed, after all...

We originally discussed sunsets over consensus items generally and it
was roundly rejected, repeatedly. We shouldn't accidentally introduce
such a sunset like clause due to an external party sending us email.

In any case thanks to Kelly (and everyone else) for sending the rent
check and talking to Henry! Yay!
