[Noisebridge-board] Lease extension and new monthly rent

I won't be able to attend any meetings, as I'm getting ready to leave town for two months of talks and workshops on the road, but I am totally in favor of extending the lease at our present location of 2169 Mission St, 3rd floor, at $3,960 per month.

I concur with Tom's plan.
