[Noisebridge-board] Lease extension and new monthly rent

Hello Mr. Ho!

Thanks for the heads up. Our most recent rent check was already scheduled
to go out at 3600 so I've sent an additional check with the extra rent for
October and November. So expect a check for 720, a little after the rent
check.

We are discussing the lease renewal, and I do not expect any issues. We
will get back to you soon about the details for that.
