You replied to me only, not the list.  Re-CCing.

In general I think members doing stuff is better than the board or
officers doing stuff.

If something needs to happen immediately then a member should step up
and do it.  Don't wait for authority to allow you to do something.

In this case we don't even know what the anticipated cost is.
