[Noisebridge-board] California Franchise Tax Board 199 paid for 2014

Hey folks,

There was a letter from the California Franchise Tax Board regarding
late payment of our 199 "Exempt Organisation" payment for the year 2014.

I've paid the $50 online. There was a $1.55~ processing fee for the
credit card payment.
