[Build] wall deconstruction

I've been working a bit at 2169 to open up the existing partition walls.
The walls are constructed the normal manner -- the framing is fastened
with nails and the drywall is attached with screws. There's a little
bit of mudding in the SE corner but almost all of the wall is unmudded.

Some of the wall is dual-sided (has drywall on both sides of the stud)
but most of it is single-sided. Of the three dual-sided 4' panels I've
opend up so far, one of them had a rodent nest, and looking around I see
at least two more of those.

A few nuggets of wisdom:
 - we want to save the construction materials for future use. Every 2x4
we can salvage is one we don't have to buy.
 - unscrewing drywall is dirty work, and it's hard to avoid damaging the
drywall. So far I have two sheets that look reusable and three that
are probably landfill. If there's mudding, forget it -- you're never
going to get all the screws, and you're going to rip it up getting it
off the studs, so just use a sledgehammer. But an unmudded sheet
without damage is fairly easy to get off cleanly. Have a partner
help when you actually pull it off the studs, a 4'x8' sheet of
   drywall is *heavy*.
 - a clawhammer, crowbar, and sledge are necessary for disassembling the
   framing.

Someone suggested simply picking up the walls and moving them around. I
don't think this plan will work for the following reasons:
 - the walls are not constructed as sections, the framing 2x4s overlap.
cutting into the framing destroys their structural integrity.
 - wall sections are HEAVY and awkward.
 - it's difficult to pick a wall up without torqueing and damaging the
   drywall.

The following tools are at 2169 in or near the blue plastic toolbox:
 - electric drill, 2 batteries, charger. Will need more bits RSN.
 - claw hammer
 - screwdrivers
 - vise-grips
 - crowbar
 - 6' A-frame ladder
 - work lights

The following tools at 83c should go to 2169 at earliest convenience:
 - 5lb short-handled sledge (on workbench near drillpress)

We could use the following:
 - another electric drill / screwdriver
 - another ladder
 - another claw hammer
If you're loaning construction tools (rather than donating), please make
sure they're labelled as such before leaving them at Noisebridge.

I have a Sawzall at home which I'll bring to 2169, probably Tuesday
evening.
