[Build] Bathroom quote

I just got a quote on the bathroom work from my guy. He hasn't seen the
bathroom recently but his quote was $7,000. Sounds like Scott is coming
in with a very good bid. I haven't met him but if everyone liked him I'd
hire him without reservation.

The one thing I might do is look to use recycled fixtures (at least for
the sink) from Building Resources if possible.
