[Build] electrical demo

I thought I might come by 2169 in a bit and do some electrical demo.
I will be toting screwdrivers, a knife, and a drill w/ screw bits.
Is anyone around who can let me in?

Also, Lamont & Rachael: what are the highest priority demolition targets at
the moment?
