Can you donate any of the cost?  It's much less effort for us in our
current decisionmaking scheme if the purchaser can simply donate the
materials.  If that's in lieu of a cash commitment you've made, that's
fine with me.

We should also figure out some way to streamline and formalize our
reimbursement process; as it currently stands, there are two options
neither of which is especially awesome:

1. Treasurer makes an ad-hoc decision to reimburse a particular expense.
There is no significant governance.

2. We have a protracted consensus process to decide on each expense.
