I've been interfacing with the contractor, Scott.  He has gotten me a
written quote which I need to review and approve.  I would appreciate
help in this regard, tonight, from someone who's successfully worked
with a contractor on a project of approximately this size in California
in the last few years.  Rachel, you're my chief suspect. :)
