[Build] floors

I've actually used pick up labor myself to move and stuff and it went
well.  I think I could probably be easily convinced to change my mind
on that count, especially as it can come cheaper than building
materials we were talking about needing.

I think just about everyone's agreed that we should just fill, sand
and then clear coat the floor, no?  It's actually very pretty wood
under there, and I'd think that's about the cheapest solution, even
with the day laborers.
