[Build] floors

I can't imagine that there's any structural issue there (unless the wood
beneath the tile is rotted through to the floor joists). I figure this
is more about aesthetics. The floors seemed structurally sound.

Any builder should be able to poke around with a screwdriver to look for
rot, if there is any. If there is, I'd replace the rot as necessary but
not go any further. Plywood is cheap. CDX (structural plywood) is only
about $12-13 per 4x8 sheet.

The challenge would come in matching that tile if that was desired. Of
course new title could just not match or maybe someone could come up
with some interesting design.
