[Build] floor refinishing bid

oh...: seems to me if this guy gave a bid
sight unseen that he guesstimated wrt a
standard floor finishing approach. we might
be able to get a lower price by negotiating
short cuts. we might also get a lower price
if we're willing to do some part of the work
(have an experienced hand there for what
counts or what's truly odious at a lower
overall price because we do some grunt work).
i say let's talk to this guy, whoever he
is (bill?).
