[Build] framing (was: floor sanding test)

i did a little on the framing (andy or someone had started), but my
results were a little spottier. maybe it was the dimming light before i
switched on the light thingee, but the first couple definitely seemed
harder to get the studs out.

any tips out there? other than, slow steady and use a bracing 2x4 for
perpindicular nails (sometimes there and sometimes not).
