[Build] Landlord

Can you be more specific with the plan?  I'm happy to present it to
Henry but I have to understand it first.  Details I need:

* which door(s)
* what changes we want to make
* how this will affect the 2nd floor tenants
* what we need the landlord to do, if anything
* why they should let us do it (hopefully this is something like, "it'll
be a lot more secure and you don't have to do any of the work")

We have to sell it to them, see.
