[Build] paint at contractor price

I have been talking to Rubin about painting. I used to manage a
housepainting business and have a power sprayer that I can acquire for
the buildout / painting process. Currently I am swamped with a full
time job and an internship, so I won't be the one physically painting,
but I am willing to make the equipment available.

Together I think we could keep the painting costs to a minimum.
