[Build] electrical demo

("whew!") 
   seems to me the breaker box is usable. the top 
two positions seem good and the bottom position 
doesn't seem too bad, and my guess is that the 
position third from the top (second from the 
bottom) was being used despite its groady 
condition. 
   the problem with replacing the box is finding 
one that is the same size and has the same holes 
so we can match it to the many pipes connecting 
to the existing box. 
   it may be possible to replace the bus bars 
themselves rather than the entire box.
