[Build] Elevator woes

I just spoke with Henry about the elevator and the two problems we know
it has. He checked with his father and they are fine with us fixing
minor elevator problems. I mentioned that it was possible, if unlikely,
that we might uncover or even create an issue we couldn't handle, and in
that case we'd still need to get them to have someone come fix it.
Henry understood that and explained that they do have an elevator
maintenance person who normally comes to fix it when necessary.

I and others have had the panel off, and the problem with the 3rd floor
button is a simple mechanical issue that a part has broken. I fixed it
with duct tape temporarily, but it should be fixed more better soon. I
can do this maybe Thursday evening, if nobody else gets to it first.

The other issue seems to be that the 3rd floor door closed sensors are
finicky. A good oiling of the gate hinges, screwing in loose screws,
and general cleaning might mitigate this considerably. Alternately it
might need to be fucked with more. Again I'll take a whack at this
eventually if nobody else does first.
