On the topic of floors, if it's in the budget and attractive, Feng is
still available to do floors. His quote was $6900, not including the
cost of putty.

I'd love to help with the floors but between building remodel, business,
and now pursuing a lawsuit, I just don't have the time right now that
I'd like to have.
