[Build] floors: mainly its the timing

   the reason for going ahead with floors now is 
that it'll take days to do them so to get the 
place ready for move-in, we have to start now. 
   we've agreed that we can do the floors while 
others work in the space (other than build the 
partition walls): 
   we don't care what the result looks like; our  <----- 
only concern is to get the holes and cracks       <----- 
filled and the surface sealed for easy subsequent <----- 
cleaning.                                         <----- 
   if people scuff or mark or otherwise screw up 
the surface of the wood or filler or finish as 
they're doing other things (electrical, paint, 
etc.) , that's fine.
