[Build] floors: mainly its the timing

   the floors will be fine for a couple of 
years probably. we don't care if they're 
all scuffed up. we only care that spills 
of various sorts are easy to clean up. 
   once in a while we can smear some top 
coat on highly trafficked and badly 
scuffed areas.
