[Build] electrical project suggestion

   last i looked, the padlock didn't lock the 
cabinet: we can open it, shut off power.... 
   sorry, i'm confused. i recall the mains 
downstairs being labeled "front" and "rear". 
why not use those names for the sub-panels 
upstairs, just to be consistent (even tho' the 
main shutoff marked "rear" is in front of the 
main shutoff marked "front", assuming the 
mission street entrance is "front")?
   if you feel that "A" and "B" are useful, 
sure, let's use those names.
