[Build] New to noisebridge and looking to build

some parts are there (most, i think). the general
rule prefers donations (e.g. for library shelves
steve, lamont, and i each pledged $40, though the
cost is greater--i'm hoping they'll each chip in 1/3
the overage, and we're reusing the 2x4 scraps that
are around). electrical was budgeted, hence i'm
expecting reimbursement within budget.
