[Build] brief electricity shutoff early this afternoon

   i'd told zedd i'd shut off all electricity 
(except breaker 6A) this morning. i can't make 
it until about 2 PM this afternoon, and i'll 
have to shut off power for maybe 30 minutes. 
   please plan accordingly: whenever i show 
up, i'll run around to announce, then shut off 
power, then disconnect wires in some ceiling 
pipes. then run around to announce, then turn 
on power.
