[Build] Bikes/sleeping pods

The notion of having a tiny room with bunk beds of some sort has been 
biting me again.

I sectioned off a part of the floor plan up on the wall at 2169 for 
this. It's the small area to the south of the elevator. After that I 
didn't think much about it as I was about to leave for BRC.

Coming back tonight I noticed that the section has been reserved for 
bikes, which I feel is another more noble cause. Any chance someone can 
give me an update on how that is going to work as I haven't seen any 
discussions here about it.
