[Build] electrical update

   in 2169, on the floor, are wires pulled from 
the various pipes on the ceiling. it would be 
helpful if some of you could coil them up as 
owen did this evening (and michael kan has in 
the past few days, my thanks to both). 
   after removing wires i hooked up lights over 
the workshop and classrooms as well as over the 
tables outside the classrooms and i hooked up 
the power track that runs over the workshop and 
classrooms as well as the power track that runs 
over the tables outside the classrooms. 

   at this point i need to know where to put 
receptacles. 
   i also need to know what we'll be doing with 
lights. seems to me we'll be taking most or all 
of the fluorescent lights down and repositioning 
them. assuming so, take the bulbs out before 
dicking around with the fixtures. 

   it looks like more work should be done on the 
walls and ceiling before painting them. i can 
work until the spraygun starts up: when will that 
happen?
