[Build] Bike racks

I am willing to build the same bike rack system of a 2x4 with a bunch of 
hooks in it somewhere in the space until we have a more elegant system 
setup (Rachel was looking into something nice). The problem is figuring 
out where.

Shannon was thinking inside of the elevator room, I feel that this would 
be bad because...

* The space can feel pretty crowded as is.
* Without making the space feel crowded, you can only fit about 6 bikes 
in there.
* It's not "locked up" in our space.

I'd like to have the bikes running along parts of the exterior walls to 
the elevator shaft and elevator room.

My question right now is are we going to have both doors to the elevator 
room functional or just 1? If we have just 1 I can throw a board over 
that and turn it into a bike rack.
