[Build] painting status

   looks to me that we can call the painting "done". 

   maybe one day in the distant future someone will 
roll or brush paint on some places that currently 
have old or no paint (e.g. new toilet room, shower, 
photo dark tho' light-at-the-top room). 

   i plan to be in 2169 on sunday and am willing to 
clean the spray gun so it's in good storage 
condition. if that seems a bad idea, please let me 
know before sunday mid-morning.
