[Build] Personal tools and some such at 2169

The build out is mostly done, all of 83c is now moved there. People are 
using the space for hacking.

If you have personal tools at 2169, please be sure to get them the fuck 
out unless you still need them (or into a bin of some sort that is 
closed with your name on it) as I'm worried people are going to start 
using personal items for hacking stuff and I don't want to see your 
tools walk away.

Additionally some folks would like to start setting up the middle 
classroom, which is where most of the build out stuff has migrated to. 
Today I'm going to start moving some of these items towards the back wall.
