JS: won't happen and doesn't have to. we have enough

JS: scott's and/or zedd's jerry-rig is good for now, but 
won't sustain normal traffic. probably good to schedule 
getting power to the "front" primary sub-panel. thursday 
seems earliest date, given the need to close up sub-panels.

JS: seems unlikely to me and, per above, something we 
can do incrementally; nice to have big things done,
