[Build] Trash at 2169

We might find it easier to put it out Monday night, as do the rest of
the businesses on the block.  We just stick the bins on the curb.  I'll
write up an explanation of How To Take Out The Trash and post it
prominently at 2169 once it's clearer where the trash bins will live,
and the liners, and such.
