[Build] Status on the elevator

If it goes up to the 2nd floor, the likely failure is the door close 
sensor on the 3rd floor.  I've found that the relays will let you use it 
up and down between the basement and 2nd floor, but if you open and 
re-close the 3rd floor door it will go all the way up.
