[Build] discount cards from Lowe's

I have two discount cards for Lowe's I just found in my mail.  One is
for $10 off a $50 purchase, the other for $25 off a $250 purchase.  They
expire on Feb 19th (it takes me a while to deal with my mail) so would
have to be used soon.  I'll be at NB tomorrow night for possible
hand-off; if there's anything we need from Lowe's we might as well use them.
