[Build] Conduits towards darkroom

I know that some amount of darkroom wiring has been done, but I'm not
sure where we're at on it.  I think that the current unfinished bits
imply most of our requirements.  There will be two light switches (the
actual hardware for these may require some thought) to two separate
ceiling fixtures, as well as a 150 cfm fan that we still need to
acquire.  There's a fan floating around that's 70cfm that we gave to
Scott for the bathroom because it's a little low for the darkroom.
We'll also be starting ductwork soon, and at that point it makes an
awful lot of sense for us to work closely with the bathroom buildout,
since we both have to do ducts out to the window.
