   friday afternoon, zedd walked me through the 
as-yet-not-done rooms and explained what's to be 
done. 
   there are three rooms that need to be finished, 
a toilet room, a shower room, and a washing 
machine room. and the darkroom needs a little 
plumbing to be completed. 
   the toilet room is next to the working toilet 
room and needs some last little bit of plumbing, 
sheet rock, floor tiles, a door, and trim and 
painting. 
   the shower room is next to the toilet room 
and needs some plumbing done, a shower pan or 
some such, a shower stall, a wall to protect the 
water heater, some electrical stuff, sheetrock, 
tiles on the floor, and trim and painting. 
   the washing machine room needs some plumbing, 
some electrical, sheet rock, tiles on the floor, 
and trim and painting. then there's the matter 
of getting a washer and dryer. 
   the darkroom needs some plumbing completion, 
notably a drain that ties into the shower drain. 

   in all cases, make sure all the raw plumbing 
is done first--that's copper water pipes and 
drainage and vent pipes to all locations. then 
probably okay to complete the sheet rocking job. 
then whatever's needed to finish things up, in 
any order, it won't matter.
