[Build] MatFabLab improvment meeting notes

I think we all liked the idea of moving to the east end, but we'll need
to get consensus on it in my opinion.  I've been talking to people about
it and so far everyone has thought it was a good idea.

Ben is there enough work for you to spend your four days on without
finalizing this decision?  I do really think it ought to be a general
one and I think people will go for it, but it will take a bit of time to
complete.  I know this is tedious when we're all ready to DO SHIT.

Shall I post to the general list about it or shall we talk to people in
person a bit more first?  I'm going to bring it up on IRC shortly but
that's not as formal as the list.
