[Build] Conduit bender

I picked up 3 spools of 500'.  Unforunately home depot didn't have exactly 
what I wanted.

#12 THHN Stranded - Red
#12 THHN Stranded - Black
#12 THHN Solid    - White

I can try and exchange the Solid spool if you really want me to.
