[Build] Wall building

shannon, jurgen, peter, kaya, bandit, david, erica, and more folks are here
working hard on framing and cleaning up noisebridge. We can still use more
people to help finish framing and start drywall.

We also need someone with a open bed pickup truck togo to the dump (tunnel
road transfer station, open 7 days/wk).
