[Build] [Noisebridge-discuss] Wall Status--paint hue choices--white-white is best

as to painting, i'm guessing the 5 gallons of primer we
now have is PVA white.
if we're gong to put a top coat over it, i recommend
white-white, which has the greatest index of reflectivity
(about 95%; the lightest off-white has 90%, and most very
light colors reflect less than 90% of the light, some
light and all medium saturated colors are in the 70s or
less).
Not only do we get much more efficient use of lighting
with white-white, but we have much better control of color
in the space. note that a commitment to some hue (e.g. blue)
limits the possibilities of any decorations or alternate
colors in the space. white-white lets us put up the greatest
variety of posters and other colored objects without clumsy
color rhythms.
