[Build] Lighting work

Thanks for the help from various people over the weekend.

Progress:
* Removed all the dead lighting tracks from the space
* Added new lights in the central space

TODO:
* Wire up new lights into zones
* Add lightswitch bank in some reasonable location.
* Get LevNet gear to add lighting automation
* Figure out where to mount track lighting
