[Build] phone lines to payphones run this past Tuesday

That's what I'm saying, i'm running POTS lines into the phones.  No idea
about any ATA adapters.

The payphones are going to get service from an asterisk server mounted in
Susan The Rack.  Just received this little beauty a few days ago and am
setting it up at home first:

Mine's actually got 2xFXO and 2xFXS
