[Build] RJ45 crimp tool / plugs available

Just for completion's sake, I did look in the space just now - found some
crimping tools, but none for RJ45. Mitch says he's never seen one in the
space, and that Central Computers has them at a good price. Then there's
the one that Rachel has in Oakland.
