[Build] RJ45 crimp tool / plugs available

Probably just an RJ45 on the phone-end of the cable as well.
Ultimately we want to have a simple connect/disconnect
at that point so that people don't revert to cutting/re-connecting as
we see now.

While the things inside the phone-box will change a bit, initially, we
want to connect the blue cable coming out of the phone box with the
new cable as well.
So if you have an extra coupler, then cutting cable coming out of the
phone box (the part that is still 'good'), adding an RJ45 and coupling
them would be great.

If not, then I'll wire up a manual connector downstairs, but the more
I can offload to you, the more time I have figuring out the remaining
details getting the RFID stuff running.
