[Build] Noisebridge vinyl sticker for the floor/entrance

I cut and weeded a new vinyl sticker for the floor way. It sounded like
someone already started to pain in the black bits of the Noisebridge
logo, and that now they know about the ticker they've repainted it red.

If the thing doesn't need anymore coats by tomorrow, I'll be happy to
drop by at some point in the afternoon to apply the sticker but will
need a hand or two doing it. Also I'm not sure who's thinking of
applying the finish over it, but it's not me since I'm no floor person.
