[Build] LED lighting

 I spoke with my manufacturer today.  He makes really nice LED lighting in China.  But he recommended that we buy UL certified fixtures from eBay rather than buy from him, which, though really nice, are not UL certified, since he doesn't sell to the US normally.
 
He did tell me he'd be happy to sell us LED lighting if we want it.  He also said that if we buy less than 100 of them, that the shipping will probably cost too much per unit.
