[Build] The great AV revamp thread

Tonight I declared the AV revamps to be done (mostly)!

All three areas have instructions posted, are for the most part labeled,
and seem to reliably work. There are still some details to iron out but
they're mostly dependent on more electrical work being finished and
running more ethernet. Everything I give a damn about is anchored down.

Let's do some party or something when many of us return from the
holidays to celebrate.
