[Build] Dustpocalypse xpost

When we originally planned this space, we
made the mistake of misunderstanding the
air flow, which is strongly west to east.
The dirty work shop should have been
located at the east windows. There was
some discussion about moving the dirty
workshop to that area, but that seemed
like too much work. It strikes me as likely
that if the shop were moved to the east
wall then the dust problem would be fixed.
