[Build] Reboot meeting notes, 7/22/2014

Howdy,
A Reboot Progress Meeting was held this evening.

There is much to do. See the schedule below

Some terminology:
Zone A: open space (hackertorium environs)
Zone B: Classrooms / dirty shop
Zone C: (former) library, break room.

9 days to go before soft-opening, but we can change that. Inspection is
August 22nd Electrical is in progress; Zone A will be done this week
except lighting.


*7-day schedule*
    Includes RPs / coordinators. Want to volunteer? See Naomi's
(forthcoming) email
_Wed_: Priming, paint pipes, floor patching, wall building. Kevin opens,
Jean-Jacques Day
_Thu_: Priming, paint pipes, floor patching, wall building, sanding test
run. Jean-Jacques, Matt day, Greg, Torrie Evening, Kevin eve Greg to
pick up one buffer at noon.
_Fri_: Sanding Zone A. Matt, Torrie, Jean-Jacques.
_Sat_: Noon: Sanding finishes, Alcohol starts. Lacquer starts maybe.
Everybody will be there
_Sun_: Zone A lacquer finishes; 4hr break, 2nd coat hopefully. Dry for
24 hours. Again, Everybody attending
_Mon_: Zone C construction
_Tue_: Move stuff from zones B and C to A.

Need to have the classrooms clear enough for electrical work for Monday.

*To Rent:*
Two buffers, two edgers on Thursday.

*Flooring*
Need to buff with rented buffer / edger, then clean with denatured
alcohol, then lacquer. Get the alcohol from Bartlett Janitorial Supply

*Painting*
We're going to prime and spackle as much as possible.
We need to paint all new conduit (pipes) to match the old.

*Break Room*
Todo:
* Remove Oven
* Downsize Sinks
* Cut serving stuff down to size.
Jean Jacques plans to do this in the next few days

*To buy
*Did a Lowe's run tonight, got some stuff. Still need Alcohol, lacquer.
